Cancellation and Refund Policy:

At Casa Kallpa Healing Center, we understand that life can sometimes present unexpected changes. Therefore, we have formulated the following cancellation and refund policy to accommodate such circumstances:

1. Cancellation:

   - Participants must notify Casa Kallpa Healing Center of any cancellations at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled class time to be eligible for credit towards another class.

   - Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the class time will not be eligible for credit or refund.

2. Refunds:

   - Casa Kallpa Healing Center does not offer refunds for cancelled classes under any circumstances.

   - In lieu of a refund, participants who cancel within the designated timeframe will receive credit towards a future class.

3. Credit Usage:

   - Credits issued for cancellations can only be used towards the purchase of another class at Casa Kallpa Healing Center.

   - Credits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of payment.

4. Rescheduling:

   - Participants who wish to reschedule their class must do so within the parameters of the cancellation policy.

   - Rescheduled classes are subject to availability and must be booked within a reasonable timeframe.

5. Exceptions:

   - Casa Kallpa Healing Center reserves the right to make exceptions to this policy in extenuating circumstances, at its discretion.

By enrolling in classes at Casa Kallpa Healing Center, participants acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms outlined in this cancellation and refund policy.
