Class Details: Join Nira, licensed psychotherapist and yoga/meditation instructor, for a workshop on building emotional resilience. When difficult emotions arise, they can feel overwhelming and take over us; however, we have the inner tools to ground and learn from the wisdom of all emotions.
In this workshop, we'll cover:
🌱 How to self-soothe and bring down the intensity of emotions through mindfulness
✨ The questions to ask ourselves, to gain a deeper self-understanding
💜 Emotional release through sound healing and breathwork
