Through some Channeled Guidance, I will assist you with achieving a Deeper Awareness of Self & help you to REMEMBER🌟 This is one way I believe we get to co-create with the GODDESSVERSE & step into a Life that Creates JOY!

Elevate is a Ceremony that allows you to shift out of suppressed experiences we all hold Deep in our bones, muscles & DNA (experiences that you might not even be Aware are "stuck" in you) & move that Energy into more Empowering ways of Thinking, Feeling & Being as you approach your day-to-day Life.

PLEASE:

* Wear Comfortable clothing. Though we are indoors, I suggest you still wear some extra layers if you get cold easily. Socks always make a huge difference! Bring whatever it is you might need to be Super Comfortable. (If you can wear all white to Ceremony, that is Appreciated but not mandatory 🤍)

* Bring your own bottle of water.

* Bring an eye mask if you InJoy covering your eyes.

* Bring any crystals/gems/stones or any sentimental/special items you would like to have Cleansed & Blessed by the Sounds

* Bring an Open-Mind, Open-Body, Open-Heart & Open-Soul
